The final exams are fast approaching...But there seems to be a lot more to the IARE than just that...
JNTU Inspection:
Yea frendz...The year end university inspection was held on last Saturday that is on 28th of March...And believe me it was a surprise inspection as the management had issues notices to Staff members to be ready by Monday...That sent a lot of Faculty members into confusion...With a lot to do before presenting the Registers to the officials...The team visited the laboratories and then had an interactive session wit the students , taking their feedback about the IARE n this seemed to bring many things to the notice of the team it seems but doesn't help much as no action is taken on whatsoever is being said...A faculty member was telling me this...This was followed by a meeting with the Staff members...Then the team was again spotted doing the rounds of the college...
Internalz:
The 2nd Mid term exams for the 2nd years have started n today were the first 2 papers...Even this time we are getting Hard copy as Objective and 2 internals everyday...The third year's got real lucky as their exams will be beginning on 6th...You people got time to study re...We were still in dilemma till yesterday as the exams will be starting today or on 3rd...Well the dilemma still continues as we are really unaware whether we have holiday on 3rd or 4th on the occasion of Shri Ram Navmi...
Well frendz...Heres the whole team of IARE - The Blog wishin you all happies for the internals and the externals (Labs are beginning from 6th) as well... Lets just rocks frendz

10...9...8...- - - XAMS!!
Well friends...Just a semester back we faced them...Now they are back... With the fuzz going higher this time... Thanks to the new Dean and the never ending rumors...
Its exam time... The college seems to be all geared up to face it again... The 2nd, 3rd and 4th years will be facing the 2nd semester exams from 23rd of April... This time the excitement doesn't seem to end... We are all now busy with records and practicals... Time seems to be on the wings of some great creature... Flying high and flying so fast... The records are just like the never ending kathas... increasing mysteriously with the each passing day... And we are prepared to face the exam... As prepared we were at the beginning of the year... (I know some of us may not agree... But the majority does...) This time its real crazy with the news creeping in that the Practical Finals will have a examiner from some other college coming in... So guys and gals make sure your record has it all and u know all that is present between those two pink covers...
The last date for submission of forms is long gone... And this time we had to verify our profile and funnily this process was termed as ONLINE REGISTRATION.... The dates for the supplementary are still not declared adn this is keeping many people confused...
Now coming up to the part that really matters for a student... Attendance!! This time it was not a big deal as the attendance was just given to students even without the condonation fees in most of the cases.... They are some lucky souls which got a increase of 14% attendance just like that...
Well friends... To be very frank... This might turn out to be the last post for time being... As everyone is heading in the direction of xams... Will get back with anything chatpata ad karara that comes up up in the middle... Till then Have fun... Enjoy every moment... All the best for your exams... Its just another one so go for it...

Tomorrow...
I get to keyboard today to write about the events that are gonna take place tomorrow in the campus.This is all related to CSE Department...The HOD and the ISBCSI...
The Head of Computer Science Department is going on a leave for few months from tomorrow. Mr.Ramana Murthy has decided to take this step as he will be leaving for The United States... The person to succeed him as the HOD will be Mr. Basith...So CSE people watch out... I bade Mr. Murthy farewell. As his parting gift he gave an inspiring seminar to all the third years on what to do and what not to do while doing the projects...HE asked the IAREians to come up with new innovations instead of going on with just the market supplied projects...HE also commented to concentrate on communication and presentation skills along with the curriculum...We at IARE will definitely miss him not only as HOD but also as one of best looking person around...Lets all hope that he gets back to IARE family as soon as possible...
Now getting to ISBCSI...It has now been given a room in the campus to carry on with its activities without constraints...Its located on the 3rd floor of the Bharadwaja Block...The room to the left with a board above it declaring it as Research and Development Cell...No wonder its gonna be much more than that in it...WE are gonna have the inauguration of that room tomorrow with Mr. Murthy doing the honours...Its planned at 11am sharp tomorrow...So all the members be there to attend it...
Taking other things let me just throw a bit of light on exams: The lab internals for most of us have already begun...The management seems to be int he mood to finish them off before the end of this month cos next month its gonna be the descriptive from 3rd onwards...Once done with those, the days will all be competing with the blood flowing in our veins...Wishing all the IAREians gud luck with the exams!!!
Have a rollicking time...Enjoy every bit of this...IAREians are not gonna be let down by anything....

An After Note
Well guyz....It was yesterday that curtained one of the most hectic weeks of the semester....With Annual Day on Friday and ABRINK - 2K9 on Saturday, the whole college was in the groove...
The Annual Day started with the lightening of the lamp and proceeded with speeches by the distinguished guests and the Annual Report by the Principal...This was followed by the Awards Distribution in which the winners of different competitions were also awarded along with the toppers of last two semesters...Then came the show for which there was a huge crowd waiting...The cultural show began with the welcome song and then proceeded with many more such beautiful performances along with two fabulous skits...This year a short film HIT was also shown and well accepted by the audiences....To sum it all it was an Annual Day with the memoirs of which we can carry on till the next one...
ABRINK - 2k9 - This was the day for which there was a lot of excitement in the campus as well as in many neighbouring colleges and institutes...We started the show with some of the best performances by three rock bands which included our in-house band 'Regolith' and the band 'Skrypt' along with one other band...These people really got everybody into the groove with fabulous music and wonderful songs...Then we had Geeta Madhuri starting with three tracks followed by the sweet heart of all Karthik.These fantabulous performances included Champka Champka and Manohara by Geeta and Behka Behka, Girlfriend, Arey Rey, Masakali and other foot tapping numbers by Karthik...All this was followed by a souvenir being handed over to Mr. Karthik by the Board of Directors and few words by Karthik himself...We even had Lyricist Avinash dropping in to see the show and few advices from him...We had the dance group Maha performing on a few popular numbers and Bindu Madhavi joining in for a beautiful medley...All of this left the audiences screaming for more...Especially after the Rock On performance by Karthik...This was followed by DJ Sharon(who was also the host) and DJ Shekar making the crowds go mad with the music...Unfortunately we had to wind this up a bit early as there was some problem with the cops...
The celebs left the place thanking us all for wonderful audience and great hospitality...They would be happy to get back for IARE...
I, on behalf of IARE family, take this post to Thank all those who did a wonderful to make both of these events highly successful putting IARE on the map...
With some of the most awaited events of the college done, now is the time to get ready and get going for the oncoming semesters which are scheduled to start by 23rd of April...Fortunately this year we have many holidays compared to the previous times...
We enjoyed the times we had to now we have got to get back to the books to make sure that the Annual Day gets colourful next year with all of us topping....
Have fun guys...We are the spirit of the nation...the Youngistaan...We are tomorrows leaders cos today we all are IAREians....

ABRINK 2k9 and Annual Day
Here's the info about the very first cultural fest of IARE christened ABRINK - 2k9 and the most awaited day of the whole college - Annual Day
IARE is into full bloom this year with a mind blowing annual technical fest Technofest - 2k9 to the ABRINK...There seems to be excitement all around.Each and every face u see in campus today has its lips moving either for Annual Day or ABRINK...With the sports tournaments all done... And internal exams far off the corner.... Theres nothing in the college to do but gossip in the canteen with classes jus left to lecturers and empty benches...Canteen is doing unexceptionally high business with many people thronging jus to while the time or to kill that sadofying effect...
I will try to fill in the gap of the two months of hibernation period in this post today with much concentration on the events taking place now....
Going in for the Technofest - 2k9.... this year IARE witnessed a grand and never efore kind technical festival with different banners for different branches....
CSE - IT - ISBCSI - The division had this very successful event organised by ISBCSI with Short Film Making the most sought after event.
Aero - Mechanical - Civil - This division had its festival named HELIOS and had lots of events including but not limited to powered glider and even kites...
ECE - EEE - This division called TESLA and had Robo Drift and many such events...
Apart from all this we had paper presentations going on parallelled with a good turnout...
The next thing to be told is that our Principal Dr.V P C Rao has resigned and gone to Nalla Malla Reddy College Of Engg and Technology...Now we have the HOD of EEE Dr. Manikyala Rao as the Principal...
Coming to raging topic on hand of Annual Day and Cultural Fest....
Annual Day is going to be held on 6th of March that is the first Friday from now and it is the culmination of many events held in the college which include both indoor and outdoor games...Along with Singing, Dancing and Rangoli Competitions.The person to contact is SuryaPrabha Madam the HOD of MCA department for any queries related to Annual Day...
ABRINK - 2k9 is the name decided for the cultural festival of IARE that will be held on 7th and there is a list of celebrities coming in to grace the occasion...We have
