Goin On...
Da college has got a lot more to talk about these days...Check it out as we put in a few things in here..
To begin with the college has got a boring and empty luk...Da canteen lost many of its loyal costumers...thanx to fact tht all da 2nd, 3rd and 4th years along wid MCA are out relaxing after what seemed to be lenthy and roller coaster(some gud...sum bad...) kind exams...We are at our places relaxing n da freshers are battling it out wid their first internal exams...All set to begin wid the commencement of next month...All the Best freshers...Dis is the only internal u ll read for(Experience says so)...so dont leave it wid plans to cope up later...Give them ur best shot n TOP THEM ALL...neway u ll get busy wid different things for the rest two descriptives...
M Tech:
Cheers IAREians!!!Once again we are topping the list wid one more first in the state...10th of last had seen the commencement of the M Tech programmes for Computer Sciences and Aerospace. Many of our faculty has taken admission into it n r nw bak to the benches... :-)They will b carrying on wid their teaching as well their classes running from 1::30 PM to 4:00 PM on weekdays...Thumps up to all the students and faculty handling the stream...Congrats!!!
Lake:
"All the water sports in the college are now indefinitely postponed as the water level has fallen to dangerous levels and is not at all enough to swim leave rowing and other water sports as planned"...True guys the much talked abut IARE lake can be a thing of past in the new year the water has fallen drastically rising the hopes that v can host the cricket tournaments on our own grounds givin us tht home ground advantage...And yea there can be Annual Day as well...So lets just hope tht it dries up real fast till then fingers crossed...
Brainwaves:
This was a management fest held in the premises on 14th Nov evn as we were struggling wid the buks...There seemed to be everything frm paper presentations and debates to all sorts of fun events including balloon stamping, treasure hunt and lots more...We did see participants running round the campus wid hints in their hands for the treasure...What seemed the most applaudable part was the sponsors which included GMR group,ING Vysya and Club Mahindra!!!Great goin guys...Well done!!!
All .... things come to an end!!!
Now this is gonna be the thing we all are gonna sit up and notice...We have heard a million times that all the good things come to an end one or the other day...I prefer leaving the title wid a blank as tis up to u to decide whether this thing was gud or bad...JNTU has finally risen to the occasion and from this year on there will be NO ONLINES...jus 3 descriptive and their average...Thts it!!Onlines...first began wid the batch of 2004 and now ends wid 2008 batch...the reasons are unknown though...some say tis coz of bits being already available on the net before hand and some say coz of the fact that on many occasions JNTU has fallen short of requirements as many times we get the wrong answers and sumtimes options wid sumthing tht luked like chocs all da way...Many depended on it for the luck factor it involves n many hated it for its cons...Anyway they are not a part of JNTU from this year...But we are not that lucky as the batches presently pursuing it will have to face them...
So frendz this is about da college - IARE.
Till we get back to college on 1st of Dec...Have a nice time at home wid movies...frendz...and anything u like...the bottom line is : ENJOY!!!

Night after night!
The days seem short and no amount of time is enough. Portions are gigantic, even with the AIOs to the rescue. Sleep is the last thing on your mind but sadly you “just fall asleep”, waking up to find its “just too late” and somehow unfair. If you want to successfully do that ‘night-out’ and you just can’t, then this article is what you should be reading.
Follow these tried and tested tips unless you have deviating sentimental commitments regarding them!
- Universally known sleep-buster –coffee. Let coffee be your water!
- Don’t lie down and read, unless you are good at it.
- Shift your place of study. Furniture to floor to bed(sitting position).
- Be scared. You are doing this night out cause you are scared about messing up the next day, right? Then just keep that fear going.
- If and when you feel that sleep-monster pressing down your lids, react in an instant. Stand immediately. Walk. Laugh. Pinch. Whatever. None’s watching you, buddy.
-Keep your feet dipped in a bucket of cold water!
- Dread sleeping.
- Write and learn.
- Do portions which include problems (numerical solving). Nothing is as sleep-inducing as boring, long theory answers.
- Study portions you are fond of.
- Don’t ever, ever give up sleep totally. You don’t want to sleep in the exam hall! So sleep a min. of 3 hours.
- Derive inspiration from you other slogging mates. You are not doing it alone. Together, ‘we shall overcome’.
But most importantly, you should want to study. Who knows you could be so much in flow with it that you simply forget about sleeping! If you find yourself spending more time trying to stay awake rather than learning, then just go sleep! This isn’t your cup of tea.
Happy studying!
All the best.

Freshers Speak...
OUR FIRST MONTH:
Education is da light of life sum1 told...We stepped onto it years ago wid"Aa"(A),"Ba"(B),and a tweet tether(teacher)!then came time for "May I tam in tether?"(May I come in teacher?)in da lower classes along wid"He tole my pentil."It had its own happiness & fun!Primary school saw us working real hard to learn sumthing new and to be ahead of all.Once in high school, came all projects and exhibitions to participate in.Class Xth and we were glued to da text buks and all kinds of magazines market can leave for the board exams!"Ressults are out"somebody shouted and wid that came the excitement of the college life...Wardrobe saw all the new additions exclusively for da college...Wid trendy pants to latest kurtis v had it all... :)One week into it and v knew tis nt at all da sugar and spice journey v thot of...v realised that therse are gone be hell of life 4 us...Rite frm 6 in morn to 6 in evning n bck hme wid loads of assignment ws wht intermediate offered us!Cum monday n crept in the guilty feeling 4 nt reading da previous day for da so called weekends...but did da same thing every time.Da time passed away leaving its own fun(read as terror) and memories, sum gud bt mostly bad, glued wid buks whole day...Then came in time for EAMCET examination!!!Looking back now it seemed pretty funny tht v spent scary days and trembling nites for a exam which already has has all da answers given!B A A C D our answer scripts went on and finally we were done wid it.From that time to da day we spent in this college we ha nothing to do...Eat like a bull and sleep like a log...
Now let me share my experiences of the first month in this college!!Tis not at all difficult as I remember it pretty nicely...Tension was at peak as we ran about here and there, excited, looking for classes and labs and just everything!Final Year students gave us all a very warm welcome which was followed by the orientation programme!Principal spoke on the occasion and made us feel a part of IARE rite from that moment! We were briefed by seniors who told us all bout the lecturers and the college!!Delicious lunch followed!!Then came the moment when we stepped into classrooms after a log gap of 4 months. Here all the lecturers gave their subject introduction and the rules to be followed. Then it was called a day!Ragging was the first word that came to our mind when we got in the college the next day. Then began the introductions and by the time we were out of class that we had heard each name 7 times if not more.Shuffling of students went on and we were finally sorted out as per alphabetical order.
Coming out of the class the first thing we would like to speak about is THE CANTEEN!We use all caps as this canteen is special with a spectacular lake view...Someday we plan to get out there and do what we have seen some people doing sometimes: Put their legs in water and sit for hours!!One thing that seemed so good to me was the names of the blocks Aryabhatta and Bharadwaja! We know many people wont agree to this but we found the colour of our blocks pretty dignifying...Something like Air Force Academy! Now coming over to lecturers and seniors we don't think we are wrong when we say that these are the people who can cross any limits just to reach the sky!
Regards,
Swaroopa and Swathi.

Tic Toc...Tic Toc...
And no man has the power
To tell just when the hands will stop
So Live, Love, toil with a will --
Place no faith in 'Tomorrow' --
For the clock may then be still.

VANGUARDS all the way...!!!
With the same motive an initiative was started by Gopal Bhargav ECE 4th year and his friends-VANGUARDS-Enriching Lives Enhancing Smiles. A student organization which reaches out to all those who are in need of help, support, love and affection.
Vanguards is a non-profit student initiative whose foresight is to give the orphans and the aged all the happiness, joy, bliss, smiles and most of all give them the hope to live life without any hassels and dissapointments, to encourage children to dream big and bring them a step closer in achieving their desired.
At Vanguards, the members have visited a few orphanages and centres for children and depending on the prevailing conditions, they have shorlisted a few orphanages for which they could seriously do their charity work. Among them is Gagilaapoor Govt. School at Dundigal, with students in need of urgent attention in academics. Basic school-life necessities, community development and career guidance is to be undertaken.
Another organization is Spoorthi Foundation at Cherlapalli which works for underpriviledged children where they provide them with food, shelter, clothing, education, medical care etc...Its an organisation which runs well, but is in need of expansion.
The other orphanage is Care and Love Orphanage which is in Jagadhgirigutta in Kukatpalli, and is in a very miserable condition. The orphanage has unhealthy surroundings and the interiors of the place are disastrous. There are no decent sanitation, sleeping or educational facilities.
Its sad to see these children,a part of the country's future, being robbed off their precious childhood. All we need to do is support this noble cause...We need to bring in the change...We should stand united and help these guys at Vanguards doing all their efforts to give those children a happy and a secure life.
The spirit of Vanguards lies in not giving up and fighting on till they succeed to the end...They strongly believe that their confidence, dedication and determination will help them achieve all their goals...as they are out there to make a small difference in those lives. We wish them all the best and promise that we students will give unconditional support to the children...and bring smiles and cheer in their lives... :) :)

Back from 'The tour'.
Around 80 of us, Cse 3rd year had undertaken an industrial tour to Delhi, although we even had an extended iterenary covering Agra,Shimla,Kullu manali and Amritsar. Alighting the A.P Express in Agra on 21st, we were too tired to even think of what all was in store for us. Those 10 days turned out to be a whilrwind of bus journeys and short stints at hotels. The Taj Mahal, Agra Fort, Lotus temple, parliament, Qutb minar, Golden temple, Wagah border and Rohtang Pass will all be remembered loud and clear by us, but still more cherished are our memories of sticking it out together and having a laugh at our situations. Morning ablutions at a gurudwara washroom, Eating dinner at the roadside before the Birla temple, scolding our jeep driver in telugu(coz he dint understand the language ;) ,dozing over each other in the bus and having embarassing pics taken during the same...these crazy acts'll always stay etched in our memories. There were those high-adrenaline moments when each person was at their freaky best...Rafting over white waters, horse riding of steep and narrow passages , throwing snowballs at each other even while we felt numb with cold and looking out the window to see clouds down below!!!
WOw!!Everything else seems petty when you are out there among those lofty mountains or picture-perfect landscapes.
We had our fair share of lows too. We had a bad day in Shimla, thanks to a shower of hailstones. But, the upside was that we helped each other out of it.
More is less if I had to talk about all of it. I must tell you one thing though...'If you get the chance to tour, then don't lose it ...even if it means that you havta take extra classes or beg every faculty down the line!!'
Cheers:)

Welcome Juniors!!!
Heyloaaaa juniors...!!! Swagatham to our IARE...!!! As the new academic year kicks off a new set of confused yet aspiring and talented bunch of people stepped into our college on the 24th to taste the different experiences B.Tech offers to one...The students showed mixed emotions...Some were happy, over excited and fun filled, whereas some were nervous and tensed about this whole new change in their course of academic life...The parents also seemed anxious and were worried about their children...I am becoming nostalgic...(i remember my first day at college...a pretty confused and a clumsy fresher i was...!!! :P ) The orientation program started off with the management guys and our principal welcoming the new batch...
After the programme the students were shown way to their respective branches and the faculty and staff guided them all the way in completing all the formalities...Later lunch was organised by the college authorities as a gesture of welcome...The parents and students toured our college for a while...(thanks to our college beach...a major attraction...!!!) Later there was a mini-project expo given by the ECE 2nd and 4th years...This was attented by all the ECE freshers and other students as well...The seniors showed excellent display of their talents and presented their work in a very organised way...Their hardwork and talent was appreciated by one and all...Hope that our juniors were inspired a little...!!! So wishing all the freshers a happy and a warm welcome to IARE...Hope you get all the success...Happy beginning and enjoy your much awaited college life...!!!
